Azlyne provides a 30-day return period, which begins on the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
Returned items must be in unused and unworn condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required when submitting a return request.
Return Request Process

Items Not Eligible for Return

Exchanges
For faster processing, we recommend completing a return for the original item first. After approval, a new order may be placed for the replacement item.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.
