Azlyne Order Cancellation Policy for Occasion Dresses

At Azlyne, we understand that plans may shift, and we aim to accommodate reasonable order cancellation requests for your special occasion dresses. Please review our cancellation policy thoroughly before placing your order, as our guidelines differ based on order status to ensure seamless processing for all customers.

Order Cancellation Before Processing

If you intend to cancel your order and it has not yet entered processing (no production or shipping confirmation email has been sent), please get in touch with our customer service team right away. Cancellation requests can be submitted via email, live chat, or phone. Once verified, your full payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, with no cancellation fees applied.

Order Cancellation During Processing

For orders that have moved into processing (dress production has begun, or items are being prepared for shipping), cancellations will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. This fee covers the material costs and labor expenses we have already incurred for your order. After the cancellation is confirmed, the remaining 80% of your payment will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
Note: For customized dresses (e.g., tailored wedding dresses, personalized mother of the bride dresses, made-to-measure bridesmaid dresses), no cancellation requests will be accepted once production starts. These dresses are crafted exclusively to your measurements and cannot be resold.

Order Cancellation After Shipping

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, we cannot accept cancellation requests. If you no longer need the dress after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return application within the qualifying time period.

Special Notes

  • All cancellation requests must be confirmed by our customer service team; unconfirmed requests will not be processed.
  • For orders paid using coupons or discount codes, the coupon/discount amount will not be refunded separately and will become invalid once the cancellation is confirmed.
  • In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, logistics disruptions) affecting order processing, we will negotiate cancellation and refund solutions with you in good faith.
To initiate an order cancellation, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will respond to your request within 24 business hours.
