Refund Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges
You can return items for within 30 days after delivery. Please note custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If you return items due to personal reasons such as sizing issues or changed purchase plans, you will cover all delivery fees. A restocking fee between 20% and 50% will also be charged.
Should you receive faulty, wrong or incomplete goods, please reach out to us right away.
To speed up the handling process, please share your order number, contact details and relevant photos or videos when applying for returns or exchanges. Please keep all products and original packaging until your request is fully settled.
Kind reminder: Clearance goods and handmade pieces may differ slightly from the online photos. Please take this into account before you place an order.
2. Return Steps
Please get in touch with us first to get return guidelines and the designated return address (our Hong Kong international distribution center). All return requests must be approved by Azlyne within 30 days upon delivery.
All returned goods must stay in original condition and be fit for resale. We will start the refund procedure after our warehouse receives and checks the items.
3. Refund Arrangements
Once we finish inspecting your returned package, we will inform you whether your refund is approved or denied. Approved funds will be sent back to your original payment account.
We do not take responsibility for sizing problems, but we can offer a subsidy of up to 20% of the product price to help with local tailoring fees.
The following items are not eligible for returns: express orders, insurance services, digital goods, tips, underwear, color swatches and disposable products.
We offer discounted shipping rates. If a refund is processed, actual fees for delivery, packaging and labor will be deducted accordingly.
4. Delayed or Unreceived Refunds
If your refund has not arrived, please contact Customer Service on our site. Feel free to email us at service@azlyne.com if you still need help.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please send your exchange request to service@azlyne.com within 30 days after purchase.
6. Gift Purchases
If the item was sent to you directly as a gift, you will receive store credit after return. For other gift orders, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
